Service Use
The Service allows you to upload data, generate dashboard artifacts, and manage dashboard workflows. You are responsible for data quality, legal basis for processing, and suitability of outputs for your business use.
You may not misuse the Service, including attempts to disrupt infrastructure, bypass limits, gain unauthorized access, or process data in violation of applicable law.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service.
You grant ClairInsights a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to provide and improve the Service in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Fees, Plans, And Credits
Paid features may require a subscription or prepaid credits. Pricing, usage limits, and included features are shown in-app or on associated billing pages.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for applicable taxes. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers such as cloud infrastructure, payment processors, and authentication services. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by ClairInsights or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
ClairInsights and related marks are ClairInsights brand assets. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClairInsights disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Dashboard outputs, analyses, and generated content are for informational purposes and require user review and validation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClairInsights will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
ClairInsights’s aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to ClairInsights for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension And Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or use the Service unlawfully.
- You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes To Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where ClairInsights, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
