Use this guide to unblock builds, connector flows, and chat operations.
Dashboard build failed
Symptom
Builder shows Build failed or dashboard status remains Failed.
Likely cause
Most commonly malformed input columns, invalid sheet targeting, or prompt constraints that conflict with available fields.
How to fix
- Re-run with a simpler prompt focused on one business question.
- Confirm file format and remove unexpected delimiter/header issues.
- For Excel, verify the selected sheet reference exists.
Dashboard stuck in Queued or Processing
Symptom
Status remains Queued/Processing longer than expected.
Likely cause
The job may be waiting for processing capacity or upstream connector refresh completion.
How to fix
- Refresh Dashboards list and confirm latest timestamp updates.
- Check connector status if dashboard came from a connector flow.
- If delay persists, contact support with dashboard ID and job ID.
Widgets show no data after filtering
Symptom
Charts/tables become empty after filter changes.
Likely cause
Filter combinations can over-constrain the dataset to zero matching rows.
How to fix
- Reset one filter at a time to isolate the constraint.
- Start with date range only, then add dimensions gradually.
- Verify numeric ranges still include valid values.
No credits left for generation
Symptom
Generation is blocked with no credits remaining notice.
Likely cause
Workspace monthly credits are exhausted.
How to fix
- Go to Account and upgrade plan or buy extra credits.
- Use existing dashboards while credits are being replenished.
Chat panel connection/auth issues
Symptom
Chat shows connection failed, offline, or request errors.
Likely cause
Session token expiry, transient websocket disruptions, or invalid dashboard context.
How to fix
- Close and reopen chat panel.
- Start a New chat session from panel actions.
- Re-authenticate in the app if token-related errors continue.
Connector access test fails
Symptom
Test access returns error for SQL or Google Sheets connector.
Likely cause
Incorrect credentials, permissions, SSL mismatch, or missing Sheets service-account sharing.
How to fix
- Verify host/port/database and credentials for SQL connectors.
- Confirm SSL mode requirements match your database policy.
- For Google Sheets, share with the exact service-account email shown in setup.
Sharing and invite issues
Symptom
Viewer cannot open shared dashboard or invite remains pending.
Likely cause
Invalid invite email, unaccepted invite, or revoked access.
How to fix
- Re-send invite with one valid email per line.
- Confirm recipient accepted invitation from email link.
- Review and update viewer list in Share dialog.
